Rooted in the principles of Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, this experiential workshop will provide parents and caregivers with practical tools to:

• Nurture children's emotional development throughout the lifespan.
• Manage children's challenging expressions of emotion.
• Repair inter-generational emotional wounds. 
• Develop awareness of one's caregiving / parenting style.
