I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, Canada. As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I assist my clients in restoring health in mind, body, emotion, relationship, and spirit. I provide individual and family counselling as well as parent coaching from my offices in Barrhaven and Manotick, and worldwide by secure video. Energy healing is offered from my home studio in Barrhaven.
I work with adults, parents, families, and youth 16+. My areas of expertise include: Eating disorders, developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, self-development and spirituality, perinatal depression/anxiety/trauma, and empowering parents to take a significant role in their child’s emotional development or mental health treatment.
I am also a published researcher in the field of the indigenous Amazonian plant medicine, Ayahuasca, as a complement or alternative to conventional mental health treatment. I provide Ayahuasca preparation and integration services for those working with this medicine. I do not facilitate ayahuasca ceremonies.
