I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ottawa, Canada. As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I assist my clients in restoring health in mind, body, emotion, relationship, and spirit. I provide individual counselling and parent coaching from office in Barrhaven and nation-wide by secure video.
I work with adults, parents, and youth 13+. My areas of expertise include: Eating disorders, developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, self-development and spirituality, perinatal depression/anxiety/trauma, and empowering parents to take a significant role in their child’s emotional development or mental health treatment.
I am also a published researcher in the field of the indigenous Amazonian plant medicine, Ayahuasca, as a complement or alternative to conventional mental health treatment. I provide Ayahuasca preparation and integration services for those working with this medicine. I do not facilitate ayahuasca ceremonies.
